Ingredients used:

Almond flour
I love using almond flour as a flour substitute because it is high in fiber, high in protein, and high in nutrients.
Whether it's in this paleo banana bread, almond flour pancakes, or in my healthier snickers bar recipe, almond flour is a great grain-free flour substitute that is super versatile and easy to use.
Maple Syrup
This recipe uses maple syrup instead of processed sugar as the primary sweetener.
You can substitute maple syrup for coconut syrup, brown rice syrup, agave, or other liquid sweeteners.
I love using maple syrup in my homemade granola recipe, healthy pear crisp recipe, sweet potato brownies and my cottage cheese pudding recipe as well.
Baking Powder
We're adding a little bit of baking powder to help the cookies rise and spread.
Note: these cookies will not spread as much as traditional cookies with flour would.
Instructions
These flourless cookies are so simple that they only require one bowl, minimal steps, and equipment.
Simply combine the three ingredients needed for this recipe into a bowl.
Because we are using almond flour, we don't have to worry about over-mixing.

Use a cookie scooper to scoop out a cookie-sized portion onto a parchment-lined sheet. Flatten with a fork or clean fingers.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cookies turn golden brown around the edges.
