Ways to use oats other than in oatmeal

This banana bread is vegan and gluten-free thanks to the use of oats instead of flour. Best part? Everything is made in the food processor, making this the perfect one bowl banana bread.

Oats make for the best crisp.  This pear crisp is vegan, gluten-free, and requires no oil.  It easy to make and is so healthy you can eat it for breakfast!

This sheet tray granola is simple to make and adds the perfect crunch to my yogurt in the morning.  It is perfectly sweetened with maple syrup and oh so crunchy.
